Amy has been selected as a research Fellow for Americans for the Arts. Interested in the issue of leadership development she will be conducting research into the needs of Mid-Career arts managers. As Baby Boomers consider retirement (darling, don't even go there) and GenXers consider the next steps in their careers (oh to be 36 again) the field is on the brink of a leadership transition.
